Mosaic Image created from 300+ Images

Have seen this technique used a few times on Autoblog when they do their annual 100 top photos.
So it was time to find out how they did it, a quick google search and I found this program Andrea Mosaic
The image above is my first attempt, came out alright I think. More samples to come.
