HEAVY HAULAGE AUSTRALIA NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR FOR EREBUS MOTORSPORT’S #47 V8 SUPERCAR

Australia’s largest heavy haulage and lifting solutions company, Heavy Haulage Australia (HHA) has signed as partner with Erebus Motorsport and will be the naming rights sponsor of Tim Slade’s #47 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG V8 Supercar.
Erebus Motorsport CEO Ryan Maddison said the introduction of a new naming rights sponsor to the sport is pertinent to the new era of V8 Supercars.
“In 2013 Erebus Motorsport represents a new team and a new manufacturer to the category, so the timing is ideal to also introduce a new full-time stakeholder to V8 Supercars.
“The driver of the #47 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG V8 Supercar is Tim Slade and he is considered, by the industry, a rapidly developing driver in the series with multiple podium finishes in 2012; he is delighted to be representing HHA on the grid in 2013.
“Erebus Motorsport is new to V8 Supercars but incorporates a family tradition, similarly HHA are a family based company and like Erebus are located locally in South East Queensland.
“New team, new car, new sponsor; all represent an exciting time ahead in 2013,” said Mr Maddison.
HHA founder and CEO Jon Kelly said the company is thrilled to partner with Erebus Motorsport for the forthcoming 2013 V8 Supercar Championship.
“This partnership with Erebus Motorsport, particularly with their move to Mercedes-Benz will provide us with massive national and international exposure and coincide with our recent entry into the Western Australia and Northern Territory markets.
“We are proud to be one of few logistics and transportation companies to support V8 Supercars and we are extremely excited to partner with Erebus at such an exciting time in the sport.
“Heavy Haulage Australia has been built on the sound business principles of focus on customer satisfaction and pride in our equipment.
“As a result we now operate one of the biggest, most professional and well known fleets of immaculately presented trucks and trailer combinations in Australia that specializes in heavy haulage transportation.
“We continue to experience massive growth and building our profile and brand is critically important to maintaining this growth,” said Mr Kelly.
Erebus Motorsport Driver for #47 HHA Racing Tim Slade said:
“I’m really looking forward to the possibilities that 2013 may bring with the COTF programme, and to have HHA backing me will really motivate me to perform the best I can at each and every race event this year,” said Slade.
